Your church doesn’t have a volunteer problem. It has a calling problem.
Most people in your church have never been helped to name what God made them for. So we ask them to fill slots, and they serve out of obligation until they burn out. Younique changes the starting point. When people see who they are, serving stops being a request and becomes an expression.
This four-day certification prepares you to lead that shift in your church.
What your people will experience
A nine-week calling experience, a kickoff plus eight weeks, built on the Younique framework for personal calling.
- Short daily videos to keep calling in front of them all week
- Fifteen-minute exercises that build self-understanding one piece at a time
- Weekly gatherings where the insight gets processed together, not alone
By the end, each person holds a one-page GoodWork Snapshot, a clear picture of their calling, and a ninety-day focus to start living it right away.
Not a program. A movement that multiplies.
You don’t launch this to the whole church on day one. You start with your staff and key leaders. They experience it first, then become champions who lead the next wave, and the wave after that.
By the time it reaches the congregation, the people leading it have already lived it.
What you’ll be certified to do
- Facilitate all nine weeks with confidence, from kickoff to ninety-day focus
- Guide people through the Younique tools and the GoodWork Snapshot
- Launch with your staff and key leaders first
- Raise up champions who carry it into later waves
This certification is for you if you:
- Lead discipleship, groups, or leadership development
- Want people serving from calling, not guilt
- Are looking for something your church can own and repeat, not rent once
