Participants watch short daily videos (5-10 minutes), complete 15-minute exercises, and meet weekly with a small group. This provides breakthrough clarity on each person’s special assignment from God, with focused application in the workplace.

2. How is this different from traditional volunteer recruitment or small groups?

It’s a paradigm shift: if you aim for volunteering, you’ll get burnout, but if you aim for calling, you’ll never lack volunteers. Rather than filling church program slots, this helps people discover their God-given design and deploy them into Monday-through-Saturday mission fields with unprecedented internal motivation.
